Q1: How do I enroll into a class?

Please complete an enrollment form. You can get one here to print out. If you cannot print one out, you can have one mailed or faxed to you by calling (919)388-8437 or toll free at 1-800-IES-2161. If you are in the Raleigh/Cary area you can stop by our office. (The Raleigh office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm) Please click here to get driving directions.

Q2: What are the costs for the classes?

Costs are class-dependent. Also, as an incentive to pre-pay, you receive an additional $25 off your tuition.

Q3: What does prepaid mean?

Prepaid means we must receive the tuition for class NO LATER than the last business day before class. Prepaying tuition qualifies for a $25.00 discount on the class tuition.

Q4: How do I pay for the course?

We do not accept credit card. If you send your application through the mail you may use a personal check, agency check, money order, certified check, or company check. If you pay at our office, you may use cash in addition to the methods listed.

Q5: What is your refund policy?

Requests for refund prior to class beginning will receive a full refund. Once class begins and materials are received, tuition will not be transferable or refundable. Requests for refund will be honored within 10 business days.

Q6: Can I enroll online?

Not at this time. However, you may print out the N.C. application form, obtained here, and send it in with the tuition to the Raleigh address.

Q8: Does IES take credit cards?

We accept credit cards for an additional $5 fee. If you send your application through the mail you may use a personal check, agency check, money order, certified check, or company check to avoid this fee. If you pay at our office, you may use cash in addition to the methods listed.
