Pre-registration for classes can be accomplished by completing an enrollment application and submitting it with tuition to the Administrative Office. In order to receive the $25 discount, the enrollment application and tuition MUST arrive in the office by 3:00 p.m. on the last business day prior to the scheduled class. There are no exceptions. Methods of payment include credit card by phone, fax, online or mail or by sending a check by mail. It is important to remember, no later than 3:00 pm on the last business day prior to the scheduled class. Any attendance which is not pre-registered will be subject to the "full" tuition. Full tuition includes the discounted tuition plus $25. It must by paid in CASH or MONEY ORDER to the instructor and a receipt will be given (depending upon seat availability.)

Candidates who are not successful at the state exam within the 90-day period or 5 attempts must be re-certified. The tuition for re-certification is 50% off the tuition rate. It only applies to a one year commitment. Candidates must pre-register prior to 3:00 pm on the last business day prior to the scheduled class in order to reserve a seat in the classroom or the re-certification tuition will be subject to an additional $25 on the first day of class.
