Refund Policy

We appreciate your business at IES.

 

We understand that there are times when situations occur and student candidates cannot attend an anticipated class. We have adopted a "full refund, no questions asked" policy. Students/managers may request a full refund under one condition, the request for a refund MUST be emailed and received by Marie by 3:00 pm of the last business day before the scheduled class. After 3:00 pm refunds will not be available along with transfers. Registrations can be transfers to another student and date/location changes are available to students at no additional cost under the same condition request for a transfer or change MUST be emailed and received by Marie by 3:00 pm of the last business day before the original scheduled class. Be mindful that this change in the original registration (transfer or date/location) will forfeit the opportunity for a refund and transfer.  

 

Transfers:

Students/managers may transfer a registration from one student to another as long as it is emailed and received to Marie before 3:00 pm of the last business day before the scheduled class. After 3:00 transfers are no longer available and REFUNDS are no longer available at any time. 

 

Change from original date/location

Students/managers may change the date and/or location of a registration as long as it is emailed and received to Marie before 3:00 pm of the last business day before the scheduled class. After 3:00, changes to the original date or location are available but no REFUNDS are available at any time nor transfers to another student. If a change is made to the original date, then refunds/transfers are not available.

 

TO BE CLEAR:

Before 3:00 pm of the last business day before the scheduled class:

Full refunds are available with no fee. Also available are transfers from one student to another. 

 

After 3:00 pm of the last business day before the scheduled class:

No refunds are available and no transfers to another student.

 

Transfer of a registration to another student or change in original date/location:

Refunds/transfers are not available in either of these situations at any time once a change has been made to the original date.
