Pre-registration for classes can be accomplished by completing an enrollment application and submitting it with tuition to the Administrative Office. In order to receive the $25 discount, the enrollment application and tuition MUST arrive in the office by 3:00 p.m. on the last business day prior to the scheduled class. There are no exceptions. Methods of payment include credit card by phone, fax or mail, check by mail or cash brought to the Administrative Office. It is important to remember, no later than 3:00 pm on the last business day prior to the scheduled class. Any attendance which is not pre-registered will be subject to the "walk-in" tuition. Tuition for walk-in candidates includes tuition plus a $25 per course walk-in fee and it must by paid in CASH or MONEY ORDER (depending upon availability.)

Candidates who were not successful at the state exam within the 90-day period or 5 attempts must be re-certified. The tuition for re-certification is 50% off the tuition rate. Candidates must pre-register prior to 3:00 pm on the last business day prior to the scheduled class in order to reserve a seat in the classroom or the re-certification tuition will be subject to the $25 walk-in fee.
